Oils
Aromatherapy is a centuries old healing
modality which has regained popularity for treating physical, spiritual
and emotional ailments, or simply to create a sense of well-being. Aromatherapy
oils can be very potent -- most cannot be applied full-strength directly
to the skin. The oils are best diluted in a carrier oil such as sweet
